How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. To redeem a gift card, click here.

    2. Take the Wine quiz. Or choose your own wine.

    3. Enter your gift card code at checkout.

    4. Alternatively, you can go to: 'Account Settings' then go to: 'Redeem'.

    5. Enter your gift card code and click, 'Redeem'.

    6. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Click on the 3-dashed line menu and go to: ‘My Account.'

    2. Tap: ‘Gift Cards' and select, 'Redeem A Gift'.

    3. Take the Wine quiz. Or choose your own wine.

    4. Enter your gift card code at checkout.

    5. Alternatively, you can go to: 'Account Settings' then go to: 'Redeem'.

    6. Enter your gift card code and click, 'Redeem'.

    7. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. To view your gift card balance, go to: 'My Account' here.

    2. Go to: 'Order/Gift History.'

    3. Your current gift card credits will be displayed.

  • In-app

    1. To view your gift card balance, go to: 'My Account'.

    2. Go to: 'Order/Gift History.'

    3. Your current gift card credits will be displayed.


Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the recipient's Winc account as credit.

  • If an order exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

  • Unused Gift Card account credits may not be transferred.

  • Locations:

    • To redeem a Gift Card, the recipient must be a member of Winc and a resident of the United States in a state where Winc can legally ship wine. Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on Winc sites and applications.
