How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under order summary section select ‘Enter Gift Card Code'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Alternatively, during checkout, under payment select, 'Redeem a Gift Card'.

    4. Enter your gift card code and select, 'Redeem'.

    5. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. You can chat with Customer Service on Wine.com.

    2. Click here to chat with a Customer Service representative.

    3. They will ask you to provide redemption code and tell you your gift card balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 2 gift card codes per transaction.

  • Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.

  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

  • Locations:

    • Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Wine.com Web site, https://www.wine.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Wine.com's online catalog.
