How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment select ‘Apply Rewards, Certificates, and Gift Cards'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and available gift card amount then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not reedemable for:

    • Your Gift Card also cannot be applied as payment to any credit card account, or for prior or pending purchases.

  • Locations:

    • This gift card is redeemable in the U.S. and Canada only for merchandise at all participating Eddie Bauer stores and through catalogs and eddiebauer.com.
