How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment options select ‘Apply WHBM Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • WHBM Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire and have no fees.

  • Locations:

    • WHBM Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for your merchandise purchase at WHBM.com (US orders only), White House Black Market US boutiques and outlets in the U.S.

    • Discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards ship separately from merchandise orders.
