How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment select 'Apply a new rewards certificate or gift card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. If your card has a CSC Code. Check your gift card balance by clicking here.

3. Enter your gift card numbers and CSC code then select, 'Check Your Balance'.

4. If there is no csc code, check your balance here.

5. Enter your gift card numbers then select, 'Check Balance'.

6. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Please check the terms on the back of your gift card or the terms and conditions of your eGift card. Cards that reference only Sierra in the terms may only be redeemed at Sierra stores and online at

  • Cards have no expiration date and incurs no dormancy fees.

  • Cards cannot be redeemed until activated.

  • Locations:

    • The card is redeemable for merchandise only at T.J.Maxx,, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, or (in the U.S. and Puerto Rico).
