How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log into your Perigold account then click here.

    2. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Redeem.’

    3. You can also opt to redeem during checkout, under 'Payment Info' select 'Add Gift Card/Promo Code'.

    4. Enter your gift card number/promo code then select ‘Apply.’

    5. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. To view your balance click here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift cards do not expire.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • E-gift cards may not be redeemable for up to 4 hours on weekdays, and up to 12 hours on weekends.

  • Locations:

    • Gift cards are valid in the country and currency in which they were purchased. Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.com, AllModern.com, BirchLane.com, JossandMain.com, or Perigold.com can be used interchangeably.
