How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk, restaurant, food, dining

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, go to: ‘Bonefish Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers then select ‘Add Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Click here then go to: 'View Balance'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select, 'Submit'.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Locations:

    • Gift cards can be redeemed at any of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc restaurants: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in the United States. Also valid at Outback Guam and Puerto Rico. Except cards that are exclusively for Bonefish only, as noted on the back of the card.
