How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk, restaurant, food, dining

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, go to: ‘Carraba's Gift Cards'.

    2. Enter your gift card number then select ‘Add Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in to your Carrabba's Italian Grill Account and click here then go to: 'Check Balance'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select, 'Submit'.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Locations:

    • You can use your gift card at any Carrabba's Italian Grill location or other Bloomin' Brand locations in the U.S. or order ahead at www.carrabbas.com.

    • The Carrabba's Gift Card is also valid for use at all U.S .Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.
