How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under the billing details go to: ‘Have a Caribou gift card?'.
Enter your gift card numbers and PIN (leave blank if no PIN) then select ‘Apply.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
If with PIN, enter your gift card code and PIN then select, 'Check Balance'.
If no PIN, enter your gift card code and email address then select, 'Check Balance'.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
