How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the payment and review select ‘Apply a Reward Card, Gift Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers then select ‘Submit.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

NOTE: Omaha Steaks require a 24-48 hour timeframe to activate their digital gift cards. Please allot required timeframe before redeeming. A best practice would be to purchase the digital gift card ahead of planned use.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in to your Omaha Steaks Account and click here.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN then select, 'Get Balance'.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • The Gift Cards do not expire and any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
