How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • No expiration date and hidden fees.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift cards purchased in Hawaii are not redeemable in the continental United States. If you wish to replace a gift card that was purchased in Hawaii with a Ruby Tuesday gift card that is redeemable in the continental United States, please submit your inquiry to Guest Services at www.rubytuesday.com/feedback.

  • Locations:

    • All Ruby Tuesday gift cards, except those purchased in Hawaii, may be used at any Ruby Tuesday located in the continental United States.
