How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under offers and payments go to: 'Gift Cards' then select ‘Use a gift card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers and PIN then select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 10 gift card codes per transaction.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Note: Gift Cards / eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for some International countries where payment is through eShopWorld; in this case you are able to apply the Gift Card / eGift Card by phone or by issuing a credit to a recently placed online order.

    • Gift Cards / eGift Cards also cannot be redeemed using Express Checkout.

    • Gift Cards purchased from our Canadian and International stores are not redeemable online.

  • Locations:

    • Victoria's Secret Gift Cards purchased on this site are redeemable online (the U.S. only) or in any Victoria's Secret store located in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
