How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and access code here.

    2. Select, 'Get card history.'

    3. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • No fees or expiration date.

  • If your card does not have an access code,
    then leave access code field empty.

  • Locations:

    • Bob Evans Gift Cards are usable for purchases made online at www.bobevans.com and at any Bob Evans restaurant location in the U.S.
