In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
You may check your e-gift card balance here.
Enter your gift card number and PIN and tap on ‘Check balance’.
Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital e-gift/gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
McAlister’s Deli gift cards never expire.
McAlister’s gift cards can be redeemed at participating McAlister’s Deli restaurant locations. Simply present your physical card, printed eGift Card or mobile device showing your mobile eGift card at the time of payment.
Locations:
McAlister’s gift cards are currently redeemable at participating locations. Useable up to balance to purchase goods at participating Mix It Up® locations, including participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S.
