How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment tick ‘Apply a gift card'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers and PIN then select ‘Apply Giftcard.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code, PIN and email address here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed and emailed to you.

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Cracker Barrel app and sign in to your account.

    1. Tap on the 3-dashed menu and proceed to ‘Gift Cards’.

    2. Tap on, 'Check Gift Card Balance'.

    3. Enter your gift card code and pin then select, 'Check Balance'.

    4. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can pay for an online To-Go food order with a Cracker Barrel gift card.

  • No expiration date and no fees.

  • May be applied toward the purchase of goods or services at any Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® location and online.
