How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment select ‘Do you have a Gift Card?'.

    2. Enter your gift card numbers and PIN then select ‘Apply to order.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • The card has no expiration date and no dormancy fees may be charged.

  • A limit of 25 gift cards can be applied to one order.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • The card is not valid at Sunglass Hut at Macys locations.

    • Additional value may not be added to the card after initial purchase.

  • Locations:

    • Sunglass Hut Gift Cards are honored at sunglasshut.com, and all participating Sunglass Hut and Sunglass Hut Outlet locations in the United States.
