How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log-in to your Zeel account here: https://www.zeel.com.

    2. Book your massage on the site.

    3. During checkout, go to: 'Add Payment'. Enter your card number, 3 digit CVV, and expiration date. Then tap, 'Save and Continue'.

    4. Select: ‘Promo Code or Gift Card.’ Enter your gift card code and then tap, 'Continue'.

    5. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-app:

    1. Log-in to your Zeel account.

    2. Book your massage on the Zeel app for iOS or Android.

    3. During checkout, go to: 'Add Payment'. Enter your card number, 3 digit CVV, and expiration date. Then tap, 'Continue'.

    4. Select: ‘Promo Code or Gift Card.’ Enter your gift card code and then tap, 'Continue'.

    5. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

  • Call: +1 (866)-294-6806

    1. Select 1

    2. Enter Code, expiration date, and PIN respectively.

    3. Your gift card balance will be read aloud to you.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • The type of gift card purchased is applied to your account as a credit card. Once your session is completed, any existing balance on your gift card will be applied to the appointment total. If there is any remaining balance that your gift card does not cover, your additional payment method on file will be charged the balance.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Zeel Gift Cards cannot be applied to past purchases.

  • Locations:

    • Zeel Gift Cards can only be used in the United States and online at zeel.com.
