How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log into your Redbox account and click here.
Go to: Saved Payment Methods. Under 'Redbox Gift Cards', select 'Add Gift Card.'
Enter your gift code numbers and PIN then select ‘Add.’
Use during checkout and your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log into your Redbox account then click here.
Under 'Already have an eGift card?' section, select 'Check it'.
Enter your gift card code to check balance.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Card valid only for DVD or Blu-ray Disc® rentals picked up at Redbox locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Redbox Cards are offered in two forms: online cards (which are delivered electronically and can only be used when you reserve movies in advance at redbox.com for pickup at a kiosk) and physical cards (which may be used at a kiosk or at redbox.com to reserve).
Use of a digital card requires a valid redbox.com account and registration of the digital card and a valid payment card with the account.
Not redeemable for:
Redbox Cards cannot be used to purchase tickets or any other item or to rent a video game, but in its sole discretion, Redbox may allow a game to be rented or reserved with a Redbox Card if other requirements are imposed by Redbox are met or may make other exceptions.
Once purchased, a Redbox card may not be reloaded and the value of a Redbox Card may not be added to unless specified in Redbox’s sole discretion.
