How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under ‘Payment details,’ select ‘gift cards.’
Enter your Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
To check your Gift Card balance, go to: www.petsmart.com/checkbalance and www.petsmart.ca/checkbalance.
Select ‘Check Your Gift Card Balance.’
Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:
Note: If you have a gift card that does not have a PIN, it cannot be redeemed online and can only be redeemed at a PetSmart retail store. In order to use your gift card online, your remaining balance can be transferred to a new gift card at your local PetSmart.
When making a purchase online at petsmart.com, you may redeem up to 5 gift cards per order.
Gift Cards do not expire or carry service fees on any unused balances.
Not redeemable for:
Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for Treats points.
Gift cards are not accepted for auto ship orders.
