How to Redeem:
During checkout, under ‘Payment section,’ select ‘Add Gift Card.’
Enter your Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply Gift Card.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
Note: If the total cost of your order exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, you will need to enter an additional method of payment to cover the remaining balance.
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
Note: If eGift, provide a printout of your eGift Card to the Associate at checkout. The available balance on the eGift Card will be applied to your purchase.
How to check your balance:
Enter your gift card code and pin here.
Select ‘Check Balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:
When placing an online order with a Traditional or eGift Card, a credit card will be required to pay for any excess balance not covered in full by the gift card. eGift Cards can be purchased online only. To locate a store near you, please visit Store Locator.
Traditional and eGift Cards will automatically close when the balance reaches zero.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account.
Two gift cards may be redeemed at one time online as part of the same order.
Not redeemable for:
Good toward new purchases only; not valid for previous purchases or orders in progress.
This gift card is redeemable for merchandise from any Yankee Candle company owned store (not redeemable at independent Yankee Candle dealers), at yankeecandle.com, or from the Yankee Candle catalog.
