How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, footwear, shoes

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under 'Order Summary’, select ‘Pay With A Gift Card.'

    2. Enter your Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Add Gift Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your e-gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select ‘Check Balance.’

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • To redeem online, enter the 19-digit Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN number found on the back of the card at checkout (you may have to scratch off the protective coating to reveal the PIN number). Up to three (3) Gift Cards may be redeemed online per transaction.

  • Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Discount coupons and promotional offers cannot be applied towards the purchase of Gift Cards.

  • Locations:

    • Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed at any Clarks, Bostonian, or Clarks/Bostonian Outlet retail location in the United States or Puerto Rico, and online at ClarksUSA.com.
