How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under ‘Order Summary,’ select ‘gift/e-gift/store credit.’

    2. Enter your Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select ‘Check Balance.’

    3. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You may use up to 10 gift cards / e-gift cards / store credits per transaction.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Forever 21 gift cards/e-gift cards/store credits may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to pay down a Forever 21 credit card or Forever 21 Visa credit card balance.

  • Locations:

    • The Forever 21 gift card can be purchased online for use at our U.S. retail stores and for online.

    • Not valid for the purchase of International Customers.
