How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under the payment select 'Subway Gift Card' as the payment method.
Enter your gift card numbers and PIN.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-app:
Go to: ‘Checkout,’ and Tap: ‘Apply A Subway Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and pin.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log into your Subway Account and click here.
Check your balance under payment methods.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-app:
Log into your Subway account and click on the 'Account' icon.
Select, 'Gift Cards' and check your balance.
Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
