How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under ‘Payment,’ select ‘Add Gift Cards.’’
Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and add PIN. Select ‘Save.’
Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Note: You must present an H&M e-Gift card e-mail, with the e-Gift card barcode, either printed or on your mobile device to redeem in-store.
Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
Your remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here.
Select ‘Check Balance.’
Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present e-gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:
If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the H&M Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
The H&M Merchandise Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero, the H&M Merchandise Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
If your online purchase is not completely covered by H&M Gift Cards or H&M Merchandise Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.
