How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Create a PSN account (or use your existing PSN account), and sign in to your account.

    2. Go to: store.playstation.com and select “Redeem Codes” at the bottom of the menu.

    3. Enter your PS Plus voucher code.

    4. Select “Continue” on the dialog box.

    5. Select “Continue” to complete code redemption.

  • PS4

    1. Create a PSN account (or use your existing PSN account), and sign in to your account.

    2. On a PS4™ system, select the PlayStation™ Store icon on the system home screen.

    3. Enter your PS Plus voucher code.

    4. Select 'Continue' on the dialog box.

    5. Select 'Continue' to complete the code redemption.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Online check not available. Please visit the nearest store or check via phone call.

  • In-store

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask the cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Note: To enroll in PlayStation™Plus, you need a valid payment method, and a free account with PlayStation™ Network (PSN).

  • Charges will be deducted from your PSN wallet, and if your wallet has insufficient funds, your PSN account’s default payment method will be charged.

  • When you enroll in this service, the automatic wallet funding setting in your PSN account will be turned ON to fund all purchases using the default payment method associated with your account, if any. This means that if your wallet does not have enough funds to cover any subscription charge, the system will charge the default payment method associated with your account if any.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • All purchases from the PlayStation Store are final and non-refundable except as stated in this Agreement or the then-current PlayStation Store Cancellation Policy (found at https://www.playstation.com/legal/cancellation-policy).

    • PlayStation®Plus trial vouchers can only be redeemed on accounts which have not previously subscribed to PlayStation Plus.

  • Locations:

    • PS Plus code redemption is only available to legal U.S. and Canadian residents with an account for PSN who are 7 years or older, and legal residents of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay who are 13 years or older.
