In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

Note: The balance you see when viewing Card balances online or through the phone is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed.

Select, 'Check balance.'
Your current account balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
