How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign up or Log in to your Wayfair account.

2. In checkout select ‘Add gift Card or Promo code.’

3. Enter digital e-gift Card code and select ‘Apply.’

4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Go to: Checkout and tap ‘Add gift Card or Promo code.’

2. Enter your digital e-gift Card code and select ‘Apply.’

3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • Troubleshooting:

    1. The gift card code should include 16-digits in an alphanumeric sequence. The gift card should start with a B.

2. If your gift card code is invalid, please enter the gift card’s PIN instead.

OR

  1. You can redeem the gift card here. In order to redeem the gift card, you must be signed in to your Wayfair account. Once you press "redeem" the gift card will lock / load to your Wayfair account. Please note that once redeemed, the gift card locks to your account. You can no longer move the gift card balance to another account, nor return the balance to the gift card itself.

  2. Proceed with your shopping and when ready, press checkout.

  3. During checkout, check the checkbox saying "Store credit/ gift card balance" to apply the gift card.

  4. If the checkbox to apply store credit does not show, try pressing "gift card/promo code" again to apply the gift card. There could be some delay in Wayfair's system in syncing the gift card balance to your account.

  5. Proceed with checkout.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log in to your Wayfair account.

    2. On the left side, tap on the 3-line menu and go to: 'My Account'.

    3. Your Wayfair gift card/store credit will display with your total balance.

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Wayfair app and log in to your account.

    2. Tap on, 'Account'.

    3. Go to: 'Account Balance'.

    4. Your Wayfair gift card/store credit will display with your total balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.

  • Wayfair gift cards do not expire.

  • Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.com, AllModern.com, BirchLane.com, JossandMain.com, or Perigold.com can be used interchangeably.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

    • Gift cards are not re-sellable, and gift card orders cannot be canceled, updated, or refunded.

    • E-gift cards may not be redeemable for up to 4 hours on weekdays, and up to 12 hours on weekends.

  • Locations:

    • Wayfair gift cards are valid in the country and currency in which they were purchased.

    • Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.ca can only be redeemed on Wayfair.ca.

    • Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.co.uk can only be redeemed on Wayfair.co.uk.

    • Gift cards purchased on Wayfair.de can only be redeemed on Wayfair.de.
