How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Tap on ‘Gift Cards’.

    2. Tap ‘Buy Now’, and follow purchase instructions.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. You may check your e-gift card balance here.

    2. Enter your gift card number and PIN and tap on ‘Check balance’.

    3. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital e-gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Useable up to balance to purchase goods at participating Mix It Up® locations, including participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S.

  • Note: If your card balance falls below the cashback requirements in your resident state, please call us to request cash redemption at 877-663-7411. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Not refundable or redeemable in cash except as required by law and may not be resold without permission. Not a debit or credit card. Will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

  • Location:

    • United States only.

    • Carvel Express locations do not accept gift cards.
