How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, food delivery, app

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Click here and sign-in to your Caviar account.

    2. Go to: ‘Menu’ and Select ‘Gift Card’.

    3. Enter your digital e-gift card code and tap ‘Redeem Gift Card.’

    4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Log in to your Caviar account.

    2. Tap the Profile icon and then ‘Gift Card.’

    3. Enter your digital e-gift card code and tap ‘Redeem Gift Card.’

    4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here. https://www.trycaviar.com/consumer/payment/

    2. Sign in to Caviar to access your account.

    3. Go to: ‘Payment’ tab and your Balance will display as Caviar Credit.

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Caviar app.

    2. Tap the Profile icon and tap ‘Payment’.

    3. Your account Balance will appear as Caviar Credit.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Caviar gift cards may be applied to Doordash,however, once credit is loaded to your Caviar account, it is not transferable.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Cards are made available and provided by DoorDash Inc. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except when required by applicable law.

  • Locations:

    • United States only.
