Whenever you earn cash back, a post is generated on your public profile. To protect your privacy, we’ve given you control over who sees your cash back related posts.

Manage your post privacy before payment.

Fluz allows you to control who sees your posts before payment by adjusting your desired setting on the payment confirmation passcode screen.

Manage your post privacy after payment.

You can adjust the settings of a cash back post after payment by finding the post on your profile and tapping the more button (...) located on the top right of each post.

Default post privacy settings

Set your default post privacy setting for all future cash back posts by navigating to:

  • Menu > Click your Avatar > Edit Profile > Post Privacy Settings.

Past post privacy settings

Fluz also allows you to update the privacy settings for all past posts in bulk. Whatever setting you pick will be applied to all past posts that don’t currently match that setting. To update your past posts, navigate to:

  • Menu > Click your Avatar > Edit Profile > Post Privacy Settings.

Your privacy options

The three options you will be prompted with are as follows:

  1. Public – Your posts will be visible to everyone using Fluz. Members can see your avatar, display name, and how much / where you earned cash back.

  2. Private – Only you will see these posts on your profile.

  3. Connections Only – Only your invite, network and followers can see these posts.
    Note: The users who you are following, but not following you back will not see your posts.

Please note that Fluz will never share important details such as your real name, the exact location of purchase, or the total purchase amount. Even with the lowest privacy settings enabled (public), the most that will be displayed in the purchasing feed is your customizable username, customizable avatar (user photo), time of purchase, and the total cash back earned from that purchase.
