If someone claiming to be a Fluz service representative asks for your password or your 4 digit passcode, asks for you to send them your gift card's information, or asks for personal information, it’s a fraudster.
No Fluz service representative user will ever ask for your password over the phone, on social media, or through any other channel. Never give anyone your password or your 4 digit passcode. This unique code helps keep your account safe and secure from scammers and fraudsters.
No Fluz service representative user will ever ask for you to send your gift card information to anyone. There is never a valid reason to send your gift cards to someone claiming to be Fluz App support.
No Fluz service representative will ever ask you to provide sensitive information like your full debit card number, your bank account information, or your Social Security Number. Never provide detailed personal information to anyone purporting to work for Fluz on any channel including the phone, email, social media, or text messages.
If you believe that you have fallen victim to a fraudulent phishing attempt or scam, please change your Fluz password and 4-digit passcode immediately and then report the incident by contacting Fluz Support.
