How to Redeem:
In-app/ Online:
During checkout, select ADD A BK CROWN CARD.
Enter your gift card details and select SAVE.
Your total will be deducted by your balance. If there is not enough balance on your gift card, you will be prompted to enter another payment method to cover the remaining balance.
Note: If you want to add another gift card, click on TRANSFER BALANCE FROM ANOTHER CROWN CARD.
In-store:
During checkout, tell the cashier you are paying with a gift card.
Show your digital e-gift card code and the cashier will enter it manually.
Your total will be deducted by your balance.
Note: Some cashiers may not know how to enter the code, please request for the manager if that’s the case.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.
Show your digital e-gift card code code and the cashier will enter it manually.
