How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk, restaurant food, dining

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Applicable to Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

    2. For online orders, select ‘Pay Online’ during checkout. Select ‘Add New Gift Card’ as a payment method.

    3. Enter gift card code and PIN then select ‘Add Card.’

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Applicable to Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

    2. Open the applicable restaurant app, tap 'Curbside/Delivery'.

    3. Select ‘Add Gift Card’ as a payment method. Enter gift card code and PIN then select, 'Add Gift Card'.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here. Select 'Submit'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Not redeemable at Kirby or Woodway locations in Houston, TX or Airport location.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable at any Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in the United States.
