How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
Follow sign-up or sign-in instructions then click here and you will be redirected to the Payment Options page.
On the Payment Options page, scroll down and select ‘Add Promo/Gift Code.’
Enter your gift card code and click ‘Add.’
Your balance will show up as Uber Cash and be applied to your next ride.
In-app:
Open your Uber app. Sign-up or sign-in to your account.
Tap the tab button and select ‘Payment.’ Tap ‘PIN/Gift Code.'
Enter your 16-digit alphanumeric gift card code and select 'Next.’
Your gift card balance will show up as Uber Cash and be applied to your next ride.
Troubleshooting:
The gift card code should include 16-digits in an alphanumeric sequence.
If your gift card code is invalid, please enter the gift card’s PIN instead.
Copy PIN provided. Paste into Uber.

Abridged Terms and Conditions:
Uber gift cards do not expire.

Uber gift cards purchased from Fluz can only be used in the U.S.
Uber gift cards can only be applied in the currency they were purchased with.
