How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Follow sign-up or sign-in instructions then click here and you will be redirected to the Payment Options page.

    2. On the Payment Options page, scroll down and select ‘Add Promo/Gift Code.’

    3. Enter your Fluzpay code and click ‘Add.’

    4. Your Fluzpay balance will show up as Uber Cash and be applied to your next ride.

  • In-app:

    1. Open your Uber app. Sign-up or sign-in to your account.

    2. Tap the tab button and select ‘Payment.’ Tap ‘PIN/Gift Code.'

    3. Enter your Fluzpay code and select 'Next.’

    4. Your Fluzpay balance will show up as Uber Cash and be applied to your next ride.

  • Troubleshooting:

    1. The gift card code should include 16-digits in an alphanumeric sequence.

    2. If your gift card code is invalid, please enter the gift card’s PIN instead.

3. Copy PIN provided. Paste into Uber.

How to check your balance:

    1. Note: Gift cards are added directly to your account as Uber Credit balance.

    2. Log in or sign-in to your Uber account and click here. Follow sign-in instructions and you will be redirected to the Payment Options page.

    3. On the Payment Options page, scroll down and your Fluzpay Balance will show under 'Uber Credit.'

  • In-app:

    1. Note: Gift cards are added directly to your account as Uber Credit balance.

    2. Open your Uber app. Tap the tab button (≡) and select 'Payment.'

    3. Scroll down and your Fluzpay Balance will show under 'Uber Credit.'


Abridged Terms and Conditions:

  • Uber gift cards do not expire.

  • Only on rides and UberEATS.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Not applicable to UberRUSH, family profiles, or scheduled rides.

  • Locations:

    • Uber gift cards purchased from Fluz can only be used in the U.S.

    • Uber gift cards can only be applied in the currency they were purchased with.
