How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under the ‘Payment’ tab, click the box beside ‘Do you have a, product voucher, or promo code?.’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN, then click ‘APPLY.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Open Nike or SNKRS app. Tap the profile button, then select ‘SETTINGS’ or the gear button.

    2. Select ‘Payment Information’, then select ‘Add New Payment Method.’

    3. Select ‘Add Gift Card’ and enter your gift card code and PIN, then click ‘Add Gift Card’.

    4. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here. Select 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. After redeeming your gift card on the app, go on the profile tab and select ‘Payment Information.’

    2. Under ‘GIFT CARDS,’ you can see all your added gift card codes and balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 10 gift card codes per transaction.

  • Gift card codes never expire and may not be used to purchase gift cards on Nike.com.

  • If your applied gift card balance doesn’t cover the total, you can use any accepted payment method to make up the difference.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable on Nike.com, Hurley.com, and Converse.com, at any Nike-owned and Converse-owned retail locations in the United States and Puerto Rico, and by phone.
