How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under ‘Payment’ select ‘I have a Gift Card(s).’

    2. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN, select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, under ‘Payment Method’ select ‘Gift Card/Merchandise Credit.’

    2. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN and select, ‘Apply Gift Card.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Go to this link.

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN, select 'Check Balance'.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Bed Bath & Beyond App, tap ‘More’ button.

    2. Tap ‘Gift Card Balance,’ enter your digital e-gift card number and PIN. Tap ‘Check Balance’.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card barcode and PIN to the cashier.

    2. Digital e-gift cards can only be used in the country of purchase.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use up to 20 gift cards per transaction.

  • Locations:

    • US locations of buybuy Baby, One Kings Lane, and Harmon Face Values.

    • Digital e-gift cards can only be used in the country of purchase.
