Log in or sign up to an account and go to: spotify.com/redeem.
2. Under ‘Enter your premium code,’ enter your gift card code. Select ‘Continue.’
3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account.
In-app:
There is currently no way to redeem Fluz code on the app.
Please follow online instructions.
Troubleshooting:
Check the code’s characters and try different combinations. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L.
If it still doesn’t work, try again after 24 hours.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Log in to your Spotify account.
Your remaining balance is under ‘Subscription and payment.’
Abridged terms and conditions:
Fluz code is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
Not redeemable for:
Spotify gift cards are only for Premium Individual plans.
Spotify is not redeemable on accounts with other discounts or promotions (e.g. Premium for Family, Premium for Students, or free trial offers).
The Card is a single-use card. Accordingly, when you redeem a Gift Card or eGift Card for a Spotify Premium subscription, the full value of the Card will be used to purchase a number of months of subscription equal to the total value of the Card, divided by the per-month subscription fee. When you redeem a Subscription Card or eCard for a Spotify Premium subscription, your Spotify account will be credited with the number of subscription months indicated on the Card.
The Card is not exchangeable for any other product or service, and can only be redeemed for the subscription services as described above.
