How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, click ‘Add Gift Card’ under ‘Payment Method.’

    2. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Payment Method.’

    2. Tap ‘Add New Gift Card,’ enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Done.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here. Select 'Check'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Redeemable at participating Sephora U.S. stores, sephora.com, and Sephora at JCPenney.

  • You can use up to 2 gift card codes per transaction online. And, up to 10 Gift Cards, eGift Cards, and/or eGift Certificates per online order by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-SEPHORA.
