How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign in to your Zappos account. During checkout, under payment select 'Apply Gift Card or Promo Code'.

    2. Enter your gift card code then select 'Apply'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign in to your Zappos account.

    2. Go to: https://www.zappos.com/account.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • Call: +1 (800)-927-7671

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Zappos.com Gift Card or Balance does not expire.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • No portion of your Zappos.com Balance may be transferred to another Zappos.com account.

    • Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

  • Locations:

    • Can only be redeemed on Zappos.com.
