How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, scroll down to ‘Apply Promo Code/Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’
Your total will be deducted by your balance.
In-app:
There is currently no way to redeem gift card on the app.
Please follow online instructions.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
If you used your gift card code, sign-in here.
Your remaining balance will be displayed under ‘Your Credit.’
If not, you can apply it during checkout to see the total balance.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Gift card may not be used in conjunction with other promo codes unless stated otherwise by Boxed.
