How to Redeem:
Desktop:
Log into your Stubhub account.
During checkout, click ‘Add discounts’ beside ‘Discount Codes.’
Enter your gift card code then select 'Add'.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
Please note that redemption via the Stubhub mobile app or via m.stubhub.com is currently unavailable. You must have a StubHub account to redeem gift cards.
How to check your balance:
Desktop:
Sign in to your StubHub account and go to: https://www.stubhub.com/my/rewards.
Alternatively, you may check gift card balance during checkout.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
Abridged terms and conditions:
There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.
Your gift card can also be added to your main balance.
StubHub gift cards and eGift cards never expire.
However, if you get a promotional gift card from StubHub or one of our partners it may expire. Check for the expiration date on the gift card or in your StubHub account.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the United States.
