How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, fragrance, skincare, scents

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘Gift Cards.’

    2. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. The total will be deducted by your balance.

  • In-store:

    1. Show digital e-gift card barcode and PIN to cashier to scan.

    2. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. After reading instructions, click here. Select ‘Check Card Balance.’ Enter your gift card code and PIN.

    2. Select ‘Check Gift Card Balance.’

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan your digital gift card barcode and PIN.
