How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

Buy gift cards at Ulta Beauty and earn up to 6% cashback in the Fluz app.

How to redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Add a Gift Card.’

    2. Enter your gift card number and pin.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Add a Gift Card.’

    2. Enter your gift card number and pin.

  • In-store:

    1. During checkout, show your gift card barcode and PIN.

    2. The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Ulta App, tap ‘More.’

    2. Tap ‘Gift Cards,’ tap ‘Check Balance & Add Card.’

    3. Redeemed e-gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan your gift card barcode and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift card has no expiration date.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Ultamate Rewards points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

    • ULTA Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not redeemable at Ulta Beauty at Target or on Target.com.

  • Locations:

    • Can be redeemed at ulta.com, the ULTA mobile app, or any ULTA store in the United States.
