How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, select ‘Apply a Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-app:
During checkout, tap ‘Apply a Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN.
Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card code and PIN here. Select 'Check Balance'.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-app:
Open the Home Depot App, tap ‘More.’
Tap ‘Gift Cards,’ tap ‘Check Gift Card Balance.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Check Balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
You can use up to 10 gift cards per transaction.
Not redeemable for:
Cannot be used in conjunction with Home Depot Credit Card or Commercial Revolving Charge Card.
Gift Card cannot be applied to any credit or loan balance, Tool Rental Deposits, or for in-home purchases.
Locations:
Can be redeemable at any Home Depot store, homedepot.com, and the Home Depot app.
Gift Card is valid for the purchase of merchandise/services at any The Home Depot store in the U.S., Canada and online at HomeDepot.com.
