How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘Gift Card’ as Payment Information.

    2. Enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Payment.’

    2. Tap ‘Gift Card,’ enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN.

    3. Your total will be deducted by your balance.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Papa John’s app, tap ‘More.’

    2. Tap ‘Gift Card,’ it will redirect you to the Papa John’s website.

    3. Tap ‘Check Card Balance,’ enter your digital e-gift card code and PIN.

  • Call: +1 (800)-325-1119

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • For your protection, card may be deactivated for non-usage, and may be replaced by emailing [email protected] and providing an image of the back of the card or a screen capture of the digital card.
