How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘apply a new certificate or card.’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by the balance.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘apply a new certificate or card.’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by the balance.

  • In-store:

    1. During checkout, show your barcode and PIN.

    2. The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.

    3. Your gift card balance will be deducted from the total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your code and PIN here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the T.J.Maxx app, tap ‘rewards.’

    2. Under ‘gift cards,’ tap upload.

    3. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Upload.’

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan your barcode and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.

  • T.J. Maxx gift cards do not expire.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable for merchandise only at T.J.Maxx, tjmaxx.com, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra or sierra.com.
