How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under Rewards Certificates & Gift Cards select, 'Apply A New Certificate Or Card'.

    2. Enter your gift card code and CSC code then select ‘Apply.’ Note: If your card has no CSC code it cannot be used online. Please bring the card to the local store to check the balance.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and CSC code here. Select 'Check Balance'.

    2. Note: If your card has no CSC code it cannot be used online. Please bring the card to the local store to check the balance.

    3. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • n-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • The e-gift card cannot be redeemed until activated.

  • To redeem online, proceed to checkout and locate the Rewards Certificates and Gift Cards field within the payment section. Here is where you will enter your 19-digit gift card number and CSC.

  • No expiration date.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable for merchandise only at T.J.Maxx, tjmaxx.com, Marshalls, HomeGoods, homegoods.com, Sierra or sierra.com.

    • Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at homegoods.com, or in any TJX store in the U.S.
