How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Go to: https://www.sling.com/deals/gift-card. If you’re a subscriber, select ‘LOG IN TO REDEEM.’ If not, select ‘NEW USER? REDEEM HERE.’

    2. During checkout, enter gift card code under ‘Gift Card'. Select 'Apply'.

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log-in to your Sling TV account. Go to: https://www.sling.com/my-account.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • Call: +1 (888)-348-1248

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Sling TV gift cards never expire.

  • One-time use only; entire value credited to your Sling TV account upon redemption.

  • Can be used to purchase domestic or international channels

  • Can be used to restart or change your subscription

  • Can only be redeemed for a subscription service

  • In order to make any changes to your subscription, you must enter another gift card or credit or debit card

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift card cannot be used for redemption or payment of Sling promotional offers.

    • Cannot be redeemed on your account if you pay through third-party partners, except for Amazon Pay

    • Cannot be used toward a device offer or video-on-demand rentals

    • Cannot be used to pay for previously generated invoices

    • Cannot be used for redemption or payment of Sling promotional offers

  • Locations:

    • Valid only towards Sling TV services in the US. Internet access required to redeem card and to use credit toward eligible Sling TV services. Gift card cannot be applied to Sling accounts billed through third party partners such as Amazon, Google or Apple.

    • Redeemable for any subscription service on SlingTV.

How the Sling TV Gift Card works:

For example, if you purchased a $50 Sling TV Gift Card, the first $25 is applied to one month. The remaining $25 will be prorated daily depending on your current plan. If your plan is $20/month, it would be $20 divided by the number of days (as an example: 20/30 days =$ 0.67/day. As a result, Sling TV will deduct $0.67/daily from the remaining $25.
