How to use Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
For online orders, select ‘Pay Online’ during checkout.
Select ‘Add New Gift Card’ as a payment method.
Enter your gift card code and PIN as well as the total amount.
Note: Gratuity cannot be paid with the gift card balance.
In-app:
Open the Outback Steakhouse app, tap ‘Order To Go.’
During checkout select, ‘Pay Online.’
Select ‘Add New Gift Card’ as a payment method.
Enter the gift card code and PIN as well as the total amount.
Note: Gratuity cannot be paid with the gift card balance.
In-store:
When paying, write gift card code and PIN on the check.
Let the server know that you are paying with a gift card.
Gift card balance will be deducted from the total.
Note: Gratuity cannot be paid with the gift card balance.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Write down your gift card code and PIN.
Show the code to a server and ask him/her to check a gift card balance.
