Go to restaurant website select to-go online orders. During checkout select, ‘Pay Online.’
During payment, select ‘Pay with Gift Card.’ Enter your gift card code. Select ‘Apply Payment.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-app:
Applicable to Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse.
Open the restaurant app, select ‘Order To-Go.’ During checkout, tap ‘Add Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code. Tap ‘Add.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:

Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
